1. Introduction

ph987k reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Single Account. Each player may maintain only one (1) active account on the ph987k Platform. Creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and a permanent ban.

3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. ph987k will not be responsible for losses arising from inaccurate account details provided by the player.

3.3 KYC Verification. ph987k may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including but not limited to: upon first withdrawal, when cumulative deposits exceed defined thresholds, or when suspicious activity is flagged. Accepted documents include a government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys, passport, driver's license), proof of address, and where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.

3.4 Password Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. ph987k strongly recommends using a unique, complex password and enabling any available two-factor authentication. We will not be liable for any unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

3.5 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our customer support. Pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled normally. ph987k may retain records as required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Methods. ph987k accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, USDT, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

4.2 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may be updated from time to time. ph987k does not guarantee fixed minimum or maximum limits.

4.3 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. ph987k reserves the right to reverse such deposits and suspend the account pending investigation.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. ph987k aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed on the Platform but does not guarantee specific processing times due to factors outside our control, including payment provider processing delays.

4.5 Currency. All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise expressly stated for specific payment methods.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General. ph987k may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives. All such offers are subject to specific terms, which will be published alongside the promotion and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms.

5.3 One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly stated in a promotion's terms, only one bonus may be active per account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.

5.4 Abuse. ph987k reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it reasonably determines that a player is abusing our bonus system — including but not limited to low-risk matched betting, arbitrage, or coordinated bonus exploitation.

5.5 Right to Amend or Withdraw Promotions. ph987k may modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time and without prior notice. This will not affect bonus funds already credited to a player's account in good faith.

6. Gameplay Rules & RNG

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the ph987k Platform operates under its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between a game's individual rules and these Terms, the game rules shall govern in respect of gameplay mechanics.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions. 7. Prohibited Conduct

ph987k reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take action including, but not limited to: immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph987k Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game artwork, software, text, graphics, and audiovisual materials — is owned by or licensed to ph987k and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph987k, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Upon termination for cause, ph987k may withhold any funds in the account pending investigation and may report the matter to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities. Where termination is initiated by ph987k without cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via the original payment method.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts or alternative dispute resolution mechanisms as may be applicable.
